Every blogger has a dream to have enormous count of RSS subscribers to his blog. But with this number they forget one thing that if the subscriber is reading their posts using external feed readers like Google Reader, Outlook, Feedburner etc then very few of them will turn up on your blog and it may decrease your ad revenues.

Last week two of my articles got few linkbacks from some popular sites like Ayudawordpress and Phpspot in Spanish and Japanese languages. This drove over 5k traffic from those respective languages in the week. I believe many of them tried to read content in my blog and faced some inconvenience with the language. And I got couple of mails also from the visitors saying “Hey Lax why don’t you place a translator option in TechZoomIn ”. So always I listen first to my readers than page ranks or load times or etc…

There is nothing like being well connected in the blogosphere. We have all heard the stories of getting an article on the front page of Digg or some other site that causes the server to crash. Many bloggers wish for this kind of exposure, but overall it doesn’t really do much for your site except add maybe a few interested readers to your RSS. A better way to do things is to build your site “organically”. What does it mean to grow your site organically?

I was browsing for some good looking templates for my future project and I stumbled on buytemplates.net website. I usually do my own designs, but the situation called for a template (client demanded it). I would say no to this project, since I don’t have time to figure template’s structure and code but I changed my mind when I saw these templates.

With different needs, aims and goals no web host customer is the same. And there are many variables to consider before choosing a proper web hosting plan.
