WidgetBucks finally released earning reports. I’m glad they did, because I didn’t know what to think about them, seeing no data of my earnings. I don’t know if I can disclose the numbers but let me just say they’re not that bad.

A lot of bloggers were complaining about Widgetbucks ads issues like too much flashin, long loading times,… I don’t know if you agree with them but I like WidgetBucks ads. They have pretty good RPC. I wish my referrals would earn more money though :)

There was a lot of updates in last couple of days on their website, most of them are regarding earnings reports:

  • the ads are optimized and the loading speed is much better now
  • new ad sizes and new categories to choose from
  • referral earnings report added in my widgets section
  • monthly earnings in my bucks section, divided in signup bonus, your earnings, referral earnings
  • they added favicon, which is a big deal for me, since I have a lot of bookmarks and I get lost every now and then

I’m satisfied with the performance of Widgetbucks but I think there’s still some room for improvements:

  • they could even better optimize the loading times of ads
  • I miss 125×125 non-animated referral ad
  • support is very bad, there is no direct mail only some sort of mini forum that doesn’t serve it’s purpose
