I know all of you want to see some fresh content on Novak’s blog. I tried to write some but something came in between. As you can see from the title I had a car crash. I’m not injured I just have some cuts and bruises. The main damage was done to my car 
My head still hurts when I think of the accident but not because of the impact. It hurts, because I’ll have to pay for the damage that was done on my car. It seems I committed the accident. Let me tell you something about this crash and how the law is so wrong in some cases.
Women drivers
I was cruising home from the work. Everything was ok, there was no traffic ahead and everything was going smoothly. Suddenly! The car in front of me started to brake like all hell broke loose. It stopped at the middle of the road. The car was Audi A6 and needless to say Audi A6 has much better breaks than Renault Clio.
I had enough breaking distance and speed under the speed limit. But I couldn’t stop the car, because the driver (woman, you can see this in the title) took me by surprise. There was no apparent reason for her to bring her car to a halt. I crashed with my front end of the car into her back end. In this moment I realized why Audi is so much more expensive than Clio. I broke my front bumper, hood, lights and plastic grill in the front. Audi didn’t get a scratch!!!! I didn’t believe it, I wiped Audi’s rear bumper with my hand and there was not one scratch on it!!!!
Why did the woman stop?
I was so pissed, I though I would rip somebody’s head off. The woman came out of the car apologizing for the accident. When I asked her why did she break so hard she told me this.
I’ve just got this car couple of hours ago. It’s an automatic. I’m not used driving cars with automatic transmission. I was trying to push the clutch but instead I stepped on brake.
I don’t have to tell you guys that automatic transmission cars don’t have frickin’ clutch. You would think she would at least release it and drive away. No, she stopped completely and wait if I could stop my car in time.
So, why is this accident my fault?
The person who crashes from the back is always guilty. That’s the law. There is no circumstances and excuses. Not only she doesn’t have to pay me for the damage, she can sue me for the accident.
So, what can I say. It’s a fucked up world and I’m without my car right now. The woman robbed me for $2000 in the middle of the day with the help of the police.

But I had 2 pretty much the same accidents and the other driver was always a woman who made some kind of stupid mistake, like stopping on completely empty crossroad or searching for clutch in automatic car. So in my case, I can’t really say women are great drivers. But don’t worry, this is just my opinion.

I called the cops hoping they would tell the woman it’s her fault, but it came out totally different. In the end we didn’t choose to make a report since I would get pretty high penalty to pay. She would get just minor penalty for inappropriate breaking. So either way I loose.
After a week I though why didn’t I just say to the police officer to take her driving licence since she don’t know how to drive car without harming other people, but it was already to late.
